Demand Action on Climate Change
These Facts are Hard to Ignore, Even For Trump
A new report on climate change compiled by scientists in 13 different federal agencies is awaiting approval from the White House.
It says “Evidence for a changing climate abounds, from the top of the atmosphere to the depths of the oceans.”
It says that recent decades have been the warmest of the past 1,500 years, and that we are experiencing the effects of climate change right now.
This report looked at thousands of climate change studies, conducted by tens of thousands of scientists. It concluded that “Many lines of evidence demonstrate that human activities, especially emissions of greenhouse (heat-trapping) gases, are primarily responsible for recent observed climate change.”
President Trump and his administration cannot continue to ignore the facts on climate change. If we don’t take action soon, it will be too late.
