Major Massachusetts Newspapers Endorse Ed for United States Senate
Endorsements cite Ed’s “independence”, commitment to “issues that matter” and advocacy that is “well-matched to the Massachusetts economy”
Medford, Massachusetts – The Boston Globe, Springfield Republican, MetroWest Daily News, Patriot Ledger, Brockton Enterprise, Berkshire Eagle, El Planeta and Northampton Gazette all have endorsed Ed Markey for re-election to the United States Senate.
From the Boston Globe:
“Markey’s legislative skill pays dividends for Massachusetts…” and “in Markey, though, the Commonwealth has a senator who has shown he can deliver.”
From the Springfield Republican:
“Beyond credentials, we like Markey, a Democrat, particularly his work on energy, public safety and public health.”
