Tell Republicans: Sign the People's Pledge!

Ed is calling on all candidates entering the special election in Massachusetts to take the People’s Pledge to keep outside money out of the Commonwealth. But so far, none of his Republican opponents have signed on.

The Pledge is simple: If an outside group spends money on advertising, the candidate that benefits agrees to give 50% of the total expense to charity.

It worked in Elizabeth Warren’s race, and it can work again. But Republicans are dragging their feet — and at least one national Republican group is already gearing up to spend money in the race.

Help Ed keep outside money out of Massachusetts. Urge Republicans to take the People’s Pledge!

The people of the Commonwealth deserve an honest debate between candidates.

Outside special interests have no place in our election process — no matter whose side they’re on.

Ed Markey has taken the People’s Pledge to keep outside money out of the Massachusetts Senate race.
