Demand Republicans Do Their Duty

Having only eight Justice means the Court will not be fully functioning and could result in four-four decisions that could fundamentally affect our nation’s laws for generations.

There is no legitimate reason why this Senate should not consider nominees to fill this vacancy and give the American people a fully functioning Supreme Court. It is the Senate’s constitutional duty.

Senate Republicans need to get out of the way and allow consideration of whomever President Obama nominates.
