Tell the N.R.A. to stop blocking gun safety reforms

Once, the N.R.A. was America’s leading exponent of gun safety.

Today, the N.R.A. is America’s #1 reason why it is so difficult to keep guns from falling into the wrong hands.

The N.R.A. has controlled Washington for too long. I am joining with Senator Ed Markey to demand an end to the N.R.A.’s stranglehold on Congress.

It is long past time for commonsense gun safety reforms. If the N.R.A. will not help us find a solution, they must be considered part of the problem.
